Piqua Heritage FestivalJust had to start with this one. Not sure if this guy has any indian blood in him at all or that he in interested in the festival, he just seemed happy to wander around letting it all hang out. Of course I had to start with this one as our brave adventurers just HAD to go over and have a picture taken. he said that he came from a tribe that wandered through long rough grass, they were called,..... wait for it.......the "Oh me Tingy Tribe"
